Hands-On Workshops with Reserved Seating
Our two-hour and four-hour hands-on workshops are instructor-led and may include hands-on learning and applicable exercises. Two students share one laptop. The instructor may offer time for questions and open discussion at the end of the workshop. Advance sign-up is required for reserved seating.
Fully paid, Full Conference SAP TechEd registrants may reserve seats for up to two hands-on workshops on a first-come, first-served basis. Full Conference registrants will receive an email confirming the exact day and time within one week of the launch.
Please plan to sign up as early as possible to reserve a seat. Review the session details for any prerequisites to ensure you are fully qualified to attend. Registrants must claim their reserved seat before the start of a hands-on workshop. We reserve the right to release any unclaimed seat at the start of a workshop, so plan to arrive early.
Full Conference registrants may also attend any hands-on workshop with open seats, including audit seats, at the start of the workshop on a first-come, first-served basis. Audit seats allow you to simply observe a workshop from the back of the room.
Sessions with Open Seating
The following sessions are open on a first-come, first-served basis only. Seats in these sessions cannot be reserved. However, you will be able to add them to your personal agenda approximately one month before the conference.
Our one-hour and two-hour lecture sessions are instructor-led and may include in-depth Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and/or online demonstrations. Review the session details for any prerequisites to ensure you are fully qualified to attend. The instructor may offer time for questions and open discussion at the end of the session.
Product Road-Map Q&A Sessions
Product road-map Q&A sessions focus on specific product road maps that are covered in the sessions. Stop by any time within the scheduled one-hour Q&A session.
Speaker and Expert Networking Sessions
These networking sessions are 30-minute, face-to-face, small-group discussions on the show floor, hosted by a wide variety of speakers and experts, which are open to all attendees.
- Beginner: No previous technical experience with the topic or solution
- Intermediate: Some previous technical experience with the topic or solution
- Advanced: Solid understanding of and technical experience with the topic or solution
A week prior to the event, we will email registrants announcing that the presentation handouts for lectures and hands-on workshops are available for registrants to download in Adobe PDF format on the conference website. You will also receive session presentations on a USB drive when you check in on site.
Maximum Session Capacity
Session capacity is strictly limited to the seating capacity of the classroom. We will not permit overcrowded or standing-room-only classrooms.
All conference sessions take place at the Venetian | Palazzo Congress Center. We conduct all sessions in English. All conference and session information is subject to change or cancellation.
